Islam, The Dominant Religion – Dominates

Firebombed church: surveying the damage

If diversity is strength, then it’s possible to have too much of a good thing.  Just ask the christians in Malaysia.  Read the whole article below and then stay tuned for CCHQ’s heads up on it.  A little more than meets the eye on this one.

No one was hurt in the latest upsurge of violence which saw two churches firebombed and a third dubbed with black paint in a row sparked by a court decision allowing non-Muslims to use the word “Allah” in place of God in their literature and worship.

Four other churches in Kuala Lumpur were firebombed on Friday and Saturday amid outrage in the Muslim-majority country over the court’s move to overturn a government prohibition on the use of Allah by Christians when using the Malay language.

Earlier a petrol bomb was hurled at the All Saints Church in Taping, in central Perak state, before worshippers arrived. The building was not badly damaged, but scorch marks were found in the hall.

At St Louis Catholic Church, also in Taping, a broken bottle of petrol with a wick was discovered. It failed to explode. In the southern Malacca state the outer wall of a Baptist church was splashed with paint.

The dispute follows a December 31 ruling by the High Court allowing a petition by the Roman Catholic church after a protracted struggle over the use of the word Allah.

The Church’s main publication, the Herald newspaper, often uses the word Allah instead of God in its Malay language edition. It maintains Allah has been used traditionally for centuries.

The government in Malaysia, where 9 per cent of the 28 million population is Christian, has lodged an appeal against the ruling.

More multiculti madness here.

So Muslims in multicultural Malaysia are burning Christian churches because their high court has ruled that they (the christians) may use the word “Allah” and “God” interchangeably.  Why the bad blood?  Haven’t we been told repeatedly by muslims that “Allah” means God?  Why are they firebombing churches over this?  Makes no sense, right?  How naive you can be at times, gentle readers.

One very important thing you must realize about Islam is that it behaves very differently depending on whether it is a country’s majority religion versus when it’s the minority religion.  When it’s the minority religion, as it is here in the U.S., it is servile and accomodating.  It will try to put its best foot forward.  “Allah,” muslims will tell you, simply means “God” so that you won’t feel threatened by it.  This is so their religion won’t seem so alien to you.

In Malaysia, on the other hand, where christians number barely 9% of the population, Islam is the dominant religion.  Here Islam has no need to acommodate or put anybody at ease.  And because they are the dominant religion, they dominate.  Whereas in the U.S. “Allah” purportedly means simply “God”, in Malaysia using those two names interchangeably by christians is tantamount to a declaration of war.  But why?

The reason that muslims in Malaysia are so threatened that Christians may use the name “Allah” in their church services is because they believe it might confuse wayward muslims and convert them to the christian religion.  In Malaysia, and in any country where Islam is the majority, muslims do not feel the need to propagate the farce that we all, christians and muslims, “worship the same God.”  When muslims are being honest, as they are when in the majority and feel secure in their position, to them you are an idolater and polytheist because you worship the triune God of christianity.  Only when they are under the pressure of being in the minority will they claim that “we worship the same God.”   But it is for public consumption only and they don’t really believe it.  Islam should be viewed as it truly is when it is dominant, as in Malaysia and the Middle East, not as it is here in the U.S.  That bears repeating–Islam should be viewed as it truly is when it is dominant, not as when it is a minority religion.

Islam does not allow muslims to convert to another religion.  Period.  It is a death sentence for any apostate doing so.  And it is a declaration of war against any religion–in this case christianity–when it is seen to convert Islam’s human property away from the islamic fold.  They see christian churches in Malaysia as trying to convert muslims by using the terms “Allah” and “God” interchangeably.  And they must be punished for that.  Because when Islam is the dominant religion, it is a supremacist religion more akin to political fascism than a religion.  And it dominates.  This is not hyperbole, gentle readers.  You only have to look at how it behaves in the Middle East to know this is true.  Wherever Islam dominates, all other religions are kept on a very tight leash.

And now, gentle readers, you know why “Allah” means “God” in the U.S., but not in Malaysia.

  1. Another reason I’m not a Christian. This turning the other cheek thing. Just doesn’t fit my nature. I’d have mosques burning all over the country.

  2. It’s not in anybody’s nature, rooster. Christianity isn’t about giving license to our nature.

  4. The first liberal law in America was the state would not kill the Baptists. All non-christians would still be executed. This is about the mix of religion and political power and the dynamic that exists between the powerful and the not powerful. The founders of the American constitution knew that political power warps religion and thus the two should be kept separate.
